My complaint:

I was in a car accident on 102721 I have still not been able to contact my PIP adjuster. I call and call and she nor her manager never calls back. I have been paying for pip, monthly and now I have bills coming in that are not being handled. Today’s is 113021. Its been over a month with NOTHING. When I do get rerouted to a different person they either 1) say someone will call you back, yet no one does 2) rudely hang up on me 3) or just transfer me to someone who says the same thing. I have had so many problems contacting anyone. I have only ever talked to my own claims adjuster 3 times out of numerous attempts of contact.
I have left reviews on facebook BBB and co plain.biz

Suggested solution:

I need someone to call me back with answers to my pip. I need good polite customer service and a rep that will return phone calls ly (with reasonable time given ie a day or 2.. not over a month.
