My complaint:
I had booked a flight a car rental from Expedia, Itinerary: 72022221398648 for $1108.21. When arrived at the Billings Airport, Enterprise did not have any cars available even though we had prepaid and the rental is good for 24 hours. Instead, we had to rent a car from their partner, Avis, and was charged $1758.60 for the same rental. Should I be happy?
Suggested solution:
Refund me the $1758.60 that I was charged by Avis because Enterprise refused to honor their contract.
