My complaint:
I rent from the Newark office almost every week and NEVER have and complaints. I’m usually very satisfied with the car I get or the person that handles my purchases. But these last few times I’ve had to deal with a young man named Steve and he’s been very rude on the phone with me. He has no educate and unprofessional. It seems as though he doesn’t want to deal with me. It also seems as though he doesn’t want to find me a car when I need one. I asked for a car for 11 am in the morning and didn’t get it until 3 pm.
Suggested solution:
Bring back Steve's boss or someone new.
