After after I took the car, it turned out that there was a problem with the tire. I’m pretty sure the nail was in the tire. The who gave me the car showed me that the car was new with no remarks on the outside or inside. The tires were not inspected in my presence. As a lady, the tire is the last thing I would check before taking a car. I just trusted the employee, but obviously I shouldn’t have. In addition, I noticed that the tire pressure drops only when the car is in motion. Therefore, as long as the car was not moving and parked in the car garage, the problem was not identified. So I completely dispute the fact that I am guilty, it is in no way proven by facts.
I refuse to pay any charge from my card about this case.

You recently hired a vehicle from us. During the hire our vehicle sustained tyre damage. Your
insurance company have advised tyre damage is not covered under the policy, therefore we have to
look to yourself for reimbursement. Enclosed is a copy of the invoice. You do not need to do
anything as the amount will automatically be debited from your card as per the Terms and Conditions
of the rental contract.
The amount due will be charged from your card 14 days from the date of this letter.
