Enterprise Rent-A-Car complaint: No car to pick up for our reservation

My complaint:

I had reserved a vehicle to pick up today (692021) at 5:30. I call the location at 10 AM to a few things to bring. They tell me during this phone call that there are absolutely no cars available today, and they have non on the lot. They then tell me to call back shortly before I were to pick the car up. I do so, and am told the same thing… and to add, that no location in the springs at all have cars. It was ed that I would receive this car at this date and time via their website. No one is willing to help. I have tried calling other locations and they all say the same and that it’s due to a hail storm… which happened weeks ago and wasn’t serve at all. How do they not have cars available in time? Why is my reservation not being honored? I have been on hold for 20 minutes so far…. something tells me that no one will pick up. This seems typical for this company. I am a teacher and get little vacation time, and the time I’ve taken off I cannot get back nor add more onto. I will be wasting my vacation sitting around waiting for the car I had ed a reservation for to be available at a later date, yet, I have a feeling I will be spending this entire time taken off sitting at home hoping. This is absolutely disgustingly

Suggested solution:

Actually have cars available at the time and date people reserve them.
