My complaint:
Rented a vehicle with an expired MI registration. Enterprise will not FEDEX current registration document to local company so that an Enterprise employee can affix the decal to the plate. Company states only an Enterprise employee can affix decal to plate.
Suggested solution:
Have the Elkhart, IN Enterprise location FEDEX documents to the Enterprise location, in Fredericksburg, VA, so that an Enterprise employee can affix the decal. Vehicle registration expired on 1 March 2022. I rented the vehicle on 25 April 2022.
