My complaint:
This is the second time I have made reservations at this location and I am sitting here at this time, STILL WAITING IN MY CAR, that should have been here at 0830.
The store personnel have no idea where the car that I reserved is and can’t tell me when it will be here. Meanwhile, I’m two hours behind schedule and it’s not looking good
