My complaint:
I rent a car from Enterprise every other year.. in Sept of 2021 I rented a car with instructions we were going to the mountains so needed something good for that. we got a 4 cylendar car that was not good at all.. When we returned the car the manager at that location stated he would give me a 2 day credit on m next rental I didn’t received any ation and didn’t know I needed one I tried to rent a van the 22 free days and was told nothing showing that.. They transferred me to a management person who stated they would send a message to a different area and would get with me in a few days.. It has been 8 days and I still have no response
Suggested solution:
I would like a call back with in 24 hours with a resolution I have gone ahead and put in my rental because of timing
