My complaint:

I was given a big SUV with three seats on Monday Oct 11th. They said they would call me the following day for a compact car. This is Thursday Oct 14. I call this morning and they told me they had one. When I got there I was given a compact Chevy with a broken door or seems like it is broken. Each time I open the door is makes loud noises like is going to fall apart. I asked if they had anything else. Even a intermediate car would have been fine. They said no they would call me tomorrow if they had any. I ask you this question who would want to pay for a car that sounds like is falling apart. The lady had a red one that she said was on hold. I have been waiting for one since Monday!!!

Suggested solution:

They should replace this car with one that is in good condition not with a broken door. Either a intermediate or small SUV. I don’t believe they have none a available.
