My complaint:

Snotty, arrogant attitude – too busy and important to answer our questions about insurance and body shop discounts, prices of various options, listed Drivers, Receipt for Deposit and Rental Agreement—-said they would email it to me. Email noted no other additional Driver is Authorized; no Receipt or cost detail for my Insurance Company. When I requested he re-issue the email dated 13 Dec, he said I would have to bring my wife back to the office to make any changes, then he hung up on me!! This guy should not be in the Rental Car Business!!

Suggested solution:

Provide me with a receipt showing cost breakdown, body shop and USAA insurance discount, term of agreement, and listing my wife as an additional driver - we presented both her Driver License and Insurance Card, and had to pay a $200 deposit on top of $451 rental fee - $651 for 1 week for Nissan Kicks - unbelievablly poor Customer Service!! I'm NOT going to take wife over there to wait for a half hour in line!!
