My complaint:
I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Banff on Sept 13. The vehicle was 12 full when I picked it up which was pointed out by the person who brought me to the vehicle. The car was also filthy, but that has nothing to do with my complaint. He told me to just bring the vehicle back with the same level of gas (or more) and it would be no problem. I put $ 39.66 (Canadian dollars) of gas into the vehicle within 3 blocks of the rental agency. When I got back they left a message on the phone that they were charging me a $ 30 refueling charge because I did not return the vehicle back with a 34 full tank. I sent them two text messages, a copy of my gas receipt and have called them several times, with no response.
Suggested solution:
Refund $ 32.96 (American dollars including tax) to my credit card.
