My complaint:
My Conf is 1334375105. I arrived on April 20th around 9PM on my flight. I spoke with Alfredo on the phone a few days prior to let him know that our arrival time had changed. He said that they closed at 8PM but they would have someone there till 10PM to handle for us. When we arrived at the airport, they Enterprise office was closed and there was no one to help us.Luckily, we were able to get a car through one of your competitors.
Needless to say I was livid due to the poor customer service. I would like someone to follow up with me on this since I have another reservation for June, and if I cannot get satisfied, I want to change my reservation to one of your competitors.
