My complaint:
I have pending charges since February 13th for almost 1K. I paid the enterprise their charges and they still have not released the 1K which is causing my credit card to be in deficit. Today is March 1 and I have been calling the entire week and no one has done anything to release my funds. The bank says it cant do anything since it is Enterprise that has the hold on the funds
Suggested solution:
Release the pending charges
