My complaint:
the compagny was to be paid by the insurance SONNET
they did not according to Sonnet advice me of a limited date of rental
they tell me that their were not advised by Sonnet to inform me
but they charging my visa without my consent
Suggested solution:
entreprise should take teir responsabilities and advise the client if it is standard that that du so
and reumburse my credit card
