My complaint:
Got in a wreck, so I reserved a car at Enterprise. I did not have a utility bill with me, but did have Letter from Social Security Administration, Office of Personnel Management (US Federal Gov.), Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Louisiana Department of Revenue, Geico Insurance Binder, USSA Bank statement, Chase Bank bank statement all bearing my name and address.
Suggested solution:
Review the official documents and verify my address.
