My complaint:
Both the the person in front of me were made almost 20”, and when I asked why, the Manager simply said sorry? I do not stop at these types of restaurants normally. When I do I do not expect to wait a half hour! When the manager failed to acknowledge the problem, I was very unhappy. Both the customer in front of me met in parking lot after exiting the drive through, and we were both upset about our service! We were at the Lake Mead location in Henderson about 1.5 – 2.0 hours ago
