My complaint:
El Pollo Loco is one of my favorite places to eat for its quality and price.
I visited the restaurant on July 16th, 12:10 pm (the receipt is very hard to read). As I was waiting for my order, a $7.79 plate, I saw the ‘cook’ female picking the chicken with her hands! Karina, the female at the register was courteous.
Suggested solution:
It's up to you, get in touch with the store, make sure everyone wears gloves when handling any type of food.
