My complaint:

For the past 10 days I have had to go back every day to state I am locked out of website they have refused to refund the monies from August to December but I am unable to access website – I have changed my password every day for the past 10 days and what a surprise locked out again I really think this is a scam to get money off people – would like the balance of my monies refunded as I am unable to access website
