My complaint:

I cancelled my subscription with eharmony after a great deal of time, I did this because I could not afford it, eharmony still took funds from my account after this even though I did not have the funds to cover it, I have had to transfer money from my other account which is horrendous as I have bills going out of that account which I cannot. Now pay because of this, I am extremely anxious and stressed out about this as I suffer from anxiety already, I would like a refund please, I have contacted various companies and if this is not resolved I will take this further, my name is Susan Davies and my email is dsusan931@gmail.com, if this is not resolved my bank are going to investigate this
