My complaint:
I’ve only had use of e harmony for one month
My card details changed so I missed a monthly payment (£15.69)
They are now charging me over 300 for this missed payment
I am so upset by this
I asked them to reinstate my monthly payments but they just continue to send me emails that I owe over £300
Please can you resolve this or I will be waiting until they take me to court.
Suggested solution:
I will pay the 15.69 I owe but not over £300 for one months membership.
It\'s disgusting
