My complaint:
I have not used eHarmony because I knew I canceled it I never heard anything from them till now telling me I owe them money and they sent me to a collection agency I am really confused of what’s going on I never even got a thing from them saying I owed any money I canceled all subscription
Suggested solution:
Tell the truth, my subscription has been cancelled for some time, I never received an email about owing them any money
