My complaint:
I signed up and immediately thought this is not for me. They then charges £65 for a personality report that I didn’t even use or want. The website was overwhelming and hard to understand and it was all a mistake. They refuse to refund even though I literally cancelled within the same hour.
Suggested solution:
Refund my £65
