eHarmony complaint: Charge too much after canceling subscription

My complaint:

I signed up for one month on EHarmony dating site. I could never get logged in with my correct username and password… so I canceled it immediately! Now I received a big big for $343.80 I was threatened to pay it. I never even had access to my account which they admitted to freezing my account.

Suggested solution:

Return my 86.00 that I did pay through PayPal. Plus drop their fraudulent charges of 343.80. A person cannot get even access to get help from customer service!
