eHarmony complaint: cancelled subscription

My complaint:

I somehow was able to have 2 accounts how i pulled this off is beyond my knowledge, and not knowing i had the 2nd account. So i somehow contacted Eharmony the supposed Christian website for finding love and told them that i cancelled my subscription and i was still being charged, they said oh but sir you have 2 emails accounts, which to her knowledge is totally illegal according to Eharmony policy so all along they were charging me for 2 accounts. Even though it was against their policy to have 2 accounts so when I cancelled the subscription, or so I thought they kept charging me. So i contacted them they instead of refunding me the hundreds of dollars they charged me for the 2 accounts they combined them and started to charge me $127.63 . I don’t want there crooked service that’s why i canceled it but they said i was obligated I want a refund or i want them to cancel my subscription and stop charging me

Suggested solution:

I want my money back and close my account
