My complaint:
I followed your instructions to cancel. I am told to press the down arrow by my picture. There is no down arrow! I sent three complaints, no response. I want my subscription canceled now! I do not want to be charged for an additional month.
Suggested solution:
Cancel my subscription. NOW! Reply advising me that you have canceled it. TODAY!
