My complaint:

It’s been over a week since I sent a message to the eharmony team requesting cancellation of my account. I sent 2 more emails afterwards and no one has answered me until today. I don’t recommend subscribing to eharmony to anyone, they just don’t have any customer service. I want to cancel my account!

Suggested solution:

At least replying my e-mails and tell me how I should proceed.
