My complaint:

It took me a whole morning going through the set-up and reading the absurd 24 page terms and conditions of service. I felt their 3-day cancellation policy was reasonable and fair to try out an expensive service and agree to commit for a full year. Within hours I was very disappointed on their so acclaimed matching algorithm and sent a cancellation request the following morning. Two days later I received notification that my request was denied because this 3-day cancellation policy only applies to certain states. They lost a $2.3 lawsuit for the auto renewal scam they were doing and now this portion is pointed out in red font. However, the 3-day cancellation is state limitation is disguised in law language section 12(c) and 12(d) only apply to….. It is a very deceitful way to take advantage of as many people as they can. Now I am locked in a 12 year service I don’t want or will use that will cost $525. They should make the 3-day cancellation available across the country as this is seclusion and discrimination at its finest not protecting people’s rights as consumers.

Suggested solution:

Honor their 3-day cancellation policy.
