My complaint:

I joined eHarmony for 2 days and requested a cancellation because when I used the actual feature I dislike it, it was horrible that everybody can send me messages and I was extreme uncomfortable, however the customer service took a week to get back and they never let me cancel it.

I deleted the app and never used it since, they closed my account also, but they are trying to get me to pay the full price of the membership for years for something I only used for 2 days and experienced such a bad and slow customer service.

They are forcing me to pay even I never used it.

Suggested solution:

Can they leave me alone, I never even used the app.
