My complaint:
So financially I’m in difficult times and contacted eHarmony to cancel my 12 month subscription which I though was just a monthly subscription that automatically renewed. I can’t afford the $15.95 a month and NOW I’ve suddenly been charged $28.90!!! The person said that it’s against their policy to release me from the payments, so they cancel the subscription which I’m still being charged for instead! What a joke. I need the whole account and subscription and all payments to cease! Can somebody please help.

Delete my account and release me from the payments!
