My complaint:
Total scam. Manipulative advertising tactics. Makes it seems like it’s so easy to get it out of it. When I signed up I got old profiles or profiles with no pictures, and matches not in your area. Immediately realized it wasn’t for me and tried to cancel. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Finally reached someone and basically said too bad I have to pay anyway or they’re sending me to collections. They’re exploiting people’s desire to connect. Greedy and disgusting.
Suggested solution:
Leave me alone and not take me to collections for their bad customer service.
