My complaint:

After 3 days of using the site, I requested to cancel my membership because I was not satisfied. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was denied told I could not speak to one. Now, they are demanding I pay the balance even though I’ve not used the service since day 3 and if I don’t pay, they stated they will contact the credit bureau.

Suggested solution:

Cancel my membership and not continue forcing payments.
