My complaint:
First of all I have a disability and a brain injury I was not aware that they only had a 3 day window for 12 states and mines not one of them in very small fine print with a bunch of other reading they sneak it in.
2 they push you into a subscription to even see the app and how it works I didn’t realize I was committing to it fully wo even getting to see what I was buying!
3 I didn’t realize I put my safety at risk one because I have a life time protection order agaisnt an ex and two the very first person wanted to come over at 1 am and that was a first msg on the site I got gross!
4 I am going to therapy and drs appointments to get better from a bad car accident I am in no way shape or form relationship material physically or mentally
5 I wanted to delete my account within 2 days of using it and asked them too and they refused to take it down even knowing my safety is at risk leaving it up .They refused to refund me and threatened to continue to charge me for services for 3 more months even tho I want it deleted I don’t want it I then was told we will give you 3 months more time to use on the app we WHAT PART OF I WANT TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT DID YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?
4 they are insensitive and I feel discriminated against and taken advantage of because of my disability.
They are a horrible company to deal with I have submitted a bbb complaint and looking for a way to submit a consumer complaint on a government level:. How are you going to have a few states have different policies that’s discrimination
5 I have a hard time getting around the app because of my injuries
6 please delete my account I put a dispute in with my bank for future charges to not go thru.
7 how do we go to arbitration if these arnt good enough reasons to work with me ?
