eHarmony complaint: Not cancelling or deleting my profile for my safety

My complaint:

I signed up to eHarmony trusting it would be safe to do so. I clicked on the monthly payment which didn’t clearly state I would be locked in for 12 months to pay $690. I thought it was a month by month type of thing because if you find someone you wouldn’t stay a member after that? So far I only paid the first monthly payment.
I have an intellectual disability and was previously in a DV relationship. Days in after signing up I noticed I could see everyones state and post codes and when I tried turning my location off there was no option to. I couldn’t delete my account myself because there is no option to other than emailing customer care. I messaged Customer Care to delete it 3 times explaining why and it still hasn’t been deleted and they still want me to pay the rest of the outstanding amount.
I am so stressed and scared about my safety now as it is so easy to find someone with a post code. I deleted my photos and anything I could off my profile but my name and location is still on there. This is not okay! And I shouldn’t have to pay another 11 months they are very sneaky and don’t care about anyone’s safety or if people find love or not, they just want money!

Suggested solution:

Cancel the 12 month contract and delete my account
