My complaint:
I signed up to eharmony to check it out,when it was clear they lied when they said you don’t have to pay to use as the free version was so locked down it was unusable i decided to atleast try one month, so i paid for a month but within 2 days i found it to be wrong for my needs, i cancelled my account at which point they informed me i was locked into 24 month contract and dispute not having an account or need of one they will still charge me the full amount, almost$600 for nothing, i never even got a hello from someone i was scammed
Suggested solution:
Stop charging my account they can keep what they have already taken
