My complaint:

I joined Eharmony on the 15/3/23 and cancelled my subscription by email on the 16/3/23, less than 24 hours later. The reason was that they falsely advertised. They provided no service, no matches and no way for me to search others as there appears to be no one from my state on this site. They refused to refund my money or at least stop taking out money from my account for the rest of the subscription. Now I read up about a cooling off period and it said up to 3 days. I cancelled via email after 24 hours and they still refuse to stop taking out money. They are not providing a service so why are they still ripping me off. I just want them to stop taking money out of my account. They are thieves and scammers.

Regards
Iveta Phillips
