My complaint:
I purchased a 6-month membership on 03/25/2023. The total price was $134.16. I made an initial payment of $67.08 and cancelled my account within the first month as I found their services not meeting my expectations. Now they are telling me that I still have 3 remaining payments due in the amount of $67.08 each which are scheduled to be charged. That would be an additional $201.24 they say I owe. When I canceled I told them they could keep the $67.08 even though I only used their paid service for one month which comes to $22.36. Their business practices are unethical.
Suggested solution:
By apologizing and ing they are in error.
