My complaint:

they are terrible. Bought a 6 month subscription, used the app for two months and it was terrible. After the 6 month subscription was up they tried to charge my credit card for an entire year ($600). They told me everyone that signs up is enrolled in auto renewal and if you don’t turn this option OFF, they will charge you without your consent. There is no way to turn off auto renewal from the app (I asked multiple times). Since my credit card expired, they could charge my card and are now threatening me saying I owe them for a years subscription or they’ll report me to the credit bureau if I don’t pay. This is not fair! I don’t have that money. They locked me out of my account when I tried to log in using my friends computer and say I need to pay them or the auto renewal option will stay turned on indefinitely. Point is the app doesn’t allow users to turn off auto renewal.. what a scam. Saving these comments for future lawsuit… thanks for posting!

Suggested solution:

Stop threatening me and reporting me to credit bureau
