My complaint:
So gutted!
Charged £65 for 3-day membership, cancelled within 14 day cooling off period but they refused to refund the cost of £107.70 wanted upfront and wouldn’t even negotiate charging a month fee and then refunding the difference back, as a good will gesture. Eharmony is a massive con, took £107.70, and only offered £42 refund despite cancelling after 3 days within the 14 day cooling off period. How do they get away with this constant ripping off of people. Who needs scams when you have eharmony doing it anyway!!! Still emailing them for answers but am now being ignored.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money, or increase the refund as I was only a member for 3 days and cancelled within 14 day cooling off period.
I don’t have a personality profile to download as they claim to have done, and their TC state the quiz you complete is free.
