My complaint:
I created a premium account with this company but cancelled within a couple of hours as there were only a couple of people within a 50km radius and they were not matches (one being my ex husband!). I cancelled within 2 hours and have been charged £65. Disgraceful.
Suggested solution:
I accept they can keep the first monthly subscription of £15 but take absolutely nothing else when they cannot offer a good service. The remaining charge should be cancelled.
