My complaint:

I have made an account on the 5th of Oct 2022 and selected a subscription just so I can check the app and see if it was a good fit. I later realised it was a 2 years subscription. On the actual platform, there is barely any people, as probably the only ones left are the ones tricked on to stay on the platform. So I decided that it wasn’t for me, so I hit cancel on the same day. Only to find out 2 months later that they are still charging me as apparently I hit the cancel button for the next subscription in 2024 not the current one. I have tried to speak to someone but everyone says the same, that I did not cancel the subscription on time. I am in shock that I have been scammed of almost £300 for a dating platform I have never used and never will.

Suggested solution:

Stop taking money from my account. And close the account
