My complaint:

They have refused to listen to me about a problem with the computer mistaking my postcode as down South. I live up north. Breach of contract as they are not providing me with appropriate matches. They are impossible to meet.
it provides me with matches that say only 50 km or 20 km away when in fact they are 100s miles away.
I’ve tried over and over with customer services to explain what is happening and they seem to think it’s my settings and treat me like I’m stupid.
I’ve asked for a full refund of my £71 which to me is a lot of money to me
They told me they will refund me £6 the rest is to be taken because I completed a profile questionnaire.
I have been on the site only 3 days when I asked for the refund because the matches were too far away.
I don’t think I’m being listened to or treated fairly. They have not sorted the problem just took my money blocked my account and left me to rot.
