My complaint:
I signed up for harmony found out it wasn’t what I wanted so I canceled and now they won’t give me any money back or cancel my account and my credit card is held hostage I have to leave the credit limit up high so they don’t charge the last payment cuz I can’t afford it on financially in trouble and they don’t want to help me at all so it’s pissing me off I’m sick and tired of it I’m calling a lawyer Joe Stanley if they don’t stop! I don’t want to do away with the card but I have to because of them! not the same eHarmony I used 16 years ago when I met my wife married to her for almost 15 years she passed away of cancer this year and this is the way they freaking treat me not the same eHarmony anymore it got sold to some greedy thieving jackass!
Suggested solution:
all I'm asking them to do they already took hundreds of dollars from me cancel my account and don't try to take the last payment cuz I'm not using eHarmony anyway I canceled or I tried to but they wouldn't let me I need them to stop trying to charge my Discover card!!!
