eHarmony complaint: Unexpected subscription renewal

My complaint:

I took out a 6 month subscription from August 2020 for £89.55
I was unhappy with the service so during December I cancelled auto renewal through the app. I double checked this twice and in the subscription section of my account my only available option was to ‘restore subscription’ so I was confident that no further payment would be taken.
On 1st Feb ‘21 £238.80 was taken from my account.
I contacted them immediately. I had not used their services. I also spoke to my bank who agreed to grant me a payback and credited my account with the full amount.
I have email eharmony numerous times explaining that I am unhappy, I have not used their services outside of my initial 6 month subscription period.
They are now threatening me with legal action if I do not repay them the £238.80

Suggested solution:

I feel strongly that I am not at fault and that I should not have to pay for a service that I do not want and have not used.
