My complaint:
I tried eharmony as the ads made me believe they would have a higher caliber of man and said you could sign up for free. Upon making a profile (which took quite a while with the quiz) I found I could not see any photos of the people messaging me. I had to sign up and pay. I did so and almost immediately was disappointed. The men were unattractive and I got very few messages. I emailed customer service and told them I made a mistake and wanted to cancel. They would not allow me to. They said I had to continue paying for the rest of the year and advised I add more pictures to my profile to help find a match (I had 8 photos on there already). Very disappointed in this company and feel totally scammed.
Suggested solution:
Do not charge me for any additional months for a service I will not be using.
