My complaint:

I cancelled my Eharmony account within 3 days as I believed that was the criteria prior to signing for the subscription. They have refused to cancel or provide refunds for payments collected since. I cancelled my direct debit and now they are chasing for payment. I also requested details on how to enter a formal complaint that has been ignored.

Suggested solution:

End the subscription and stop chasing payment.
