My complaint:

I am a PhD student at University of Minho and Edreams has been taken money from my account in the name of Prime. I don’t think I registered for this service. I bought their ticket just one-way from Czech Republic to Porto last year-2022 of which the price of the ticket was not up to 200 euros. They took 54.99 euros from my credit card last year under the heading: Edreams prime annual barcelo on the 23-06-2022. Another transaction occurred on 23-5-2022, an amount of 4.99 was also deducted from my credit card.

Edreams has also deducted another 54.99 euros from my credit card under the heading: Edreams prime www.billifo.es on the 26-6-2023.

They have unlawfully deducted 114.97 from my poor credit card position as a student.

I want these transactions to be reversed as soon as possible to get my money back.
