My complaint:

Iam a yearly member of edreams and opodo online app.Unfortunately I took Ryanair airline ticket for my family by edreams on dated July 10th.Please be noted 1st time iam travelling by Ryanair.I have not awareness about the Ryanair service so I choose third party agent. I booked ticket from e dreams
Booking reference is : 11500259189.For the booking we have extra baggage,so I booked 20 kg baggage extra for 1 bag both sides that is around 80 euro of that time they charged me.And I requested my online boarding by e dreams app because i uploaded our all passport details to them.I waited two days I didn’t get anything from edreams.So I contacted by phone nobody responded after I contacted by app through all are automated reply no benefit after I enquiry to airlines website unfortunately Sunday airlines customer care closed.I have any clue.So I tried Ryanair online boarding that time Ryanair asking me extra money for baggage fees and selecting seats. Please be understand I paid all baggage fees to edreams again have to pay Airlines also.So these tensions I want avoid that’s why I choose third party agent e dreams .Their irresponsible service they made me trouble.My thinking was my journey is Monday 10th July so from the Airport will get our boarding pass.10 th July we reached airport unfortunately Ryanair they charged us Airport fees not done online boarding. I requested Sr officer and manager they said their policy and I took ticket from third party their job to take your boarding pass.So I paid forcefully per person 55 euro for 4 people 220 euro and baggage fees.its a huge money.Please be aware what a tensions happened at Airport of that time with my family. My holiday ruined e dreams.So the return will not happend again so I tried to take online boarding by Ryanair website. That time I paid extra baggage money for to Ryanair rather handcarry. Please be look I paid already baggage fee to edreams for return.So much money I loose by e dreams. Afterwards I contacted them by mail they denied to refund airport fees.I emailed so many times and requested whatever happened to me from my journey because of their unprofessional service but their side have no answer for my money.So I checked Google for e dreams customer reviews so many people got trouble from edreams.This is big scam nobody actions against them so the fraud is continuing. I want request you to please be take action to them for the justice of innocent people.
