My complaint:

I have been waiting for a refund since June 2021. I had no success with the chat bot and getting to speak to someone is impossible. I don’t have my booking number.

I also want to request a refund from my next 12 month subscription paid about 2 eeeks ago.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Suggested solution:

Refund my booking and my subscription.
