My complaint:
i made a booking for flight Madrid- Bilbao for 5 persons, between Aug 18-27. i had to change my flight hour from Madrid to Bilbao from 15:55 to 11:45, and so i did in the early of May.
for some reason, Edreams also changed my flight back from Bilbao to Madrid, and now my flight back is in Aug 30. i just have noticed it when i came to do check in. i requested to change it back to the 27th, but Edreams says since i already used my change option it will cost me change fee which is around 800 Euro.
i’m not willing to pay it, it was their resonsibility and mistake, and they should take it on their account.
i have paid for flexebility and it is rediculise that their offer to change is even more then buying new flight.
Suggested solution:
they should change and book my flight back from Bilbao to Madrid in Aug 27, with no cost
