My complaint:

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have booked a ticket from Abu Dhabi to Amman on the 7th Aug. 2023 (flight No. 3L032) through Skyscanner/ eDreams webpage and it was the biggest regret ever! I have paid for 30kg weight luggage, meal and seat selection. When I went to counter to check in my luggage, I discovered that eDreams booked me with 20 kg only! I had 30 kg and the Air ARABIA counter at the airport refused to let me in without paying for the extra 10kg!
I contacted eDreams who did not cooperate and finally offered to compensate me for $47 and I buy the extra 10 kg from the airport counter!! What a stupid decision, as if they don’t know that the extra weight at the counter would be more than double or triple the price booked online!
I had to pay $145 for the extra weight in order to let me in. Not to mention the embarrassment and time wasting they put me through at the counter (more than 1 hour)!!!
Finally, I went into the flight and later I discovered that the meal is not included!!
So they charged me for a ticket with 30kg luggage and a meal but they didn’t book me that category. The crew refused to give me the meal I paid for cause it didn’t appear on their system.

Suggested solution:

I need at least a full compensation of the extra 10kg paid at the airline counter at the airport which was $145 in addition to the meal that I paid for and didn’t get or give me full refund of the ticket as I had waited more than 1 hour and they did not solve the problem as they suggested to compensate me for only $47 which I surely refused.
